The egg candler can be used already after 3-4 days of incubation in case of eggs with light shell, and after 5-7 days in case of eggs with dark shell in order to check the state of the embryo.
It is equipped with 2m of cable and to switch it on simply press the switch. The end made of black and soft plastic guarantees a perfect adhesion to the egg and ensures that the light beam passes only through the egg.
The egg candler must always be placed on the rounded part of the egg, so as to get a good look of the membrane which separates the air chamber from the rest.
